The clients were undertaking an extensive programme of building work at there home creating a large open plan living dining and kitchen area with separate utility area.

They were recommended to contact me by one of the main contractors which resulted in a call from them. We were able to arrange an initial appointment to discuss their requirements. Following the discussion, I arranged a visit to PWS design centre where we could look at the kitchen ranges in full size displays.

The clients chose the Mornington Dove Grey Beaded kitchen from the Second Nature Range complemented with Grey Mirror Lux Quartz Worktops and Splashback. The appliance requirements included a full range of Bosch integrated appliances, ovens and induction hob as well as a Lux Air Downdraft Extractor, Franke Hot Water Tap and freestanding wine cooler.

We came up with a design and estimate for the supply and instillation of the above that they were confident in proceeding with. I was then able to take them to a recent installation of a kitchen I had undertaken that was in a similar style that they had chosen.

I liaised with the main contractor on site and was able to provide detailed drawings for the electrical and plumbing requirements. I made my self-available for as many site visits to see all the trades involved so as seamless as possible project could be delivered from one stage to the next by all involved.

On completion of the project, we issued an independent insurance backed guarantee.

The client was very happy with the kitchen supplied and quality of the product and installation which resulted in further work and 5-star reviews on Google, Which, and Trusted Traders which I am very grateful for.
